| dc.description.abstract |
The annotation of metadata to enable FAIR research data management can be a tedious and time-consuming activity. To reduce this burden the SDC BioDATEN created a minimal metadata schema to collect the information necessary to publish research data and to improve findability. Besides this aspect, the developed schema supports the annotation and connection of multiple samples with multiple methods. Thus, the schema offers flexibility while reducing the overall burden of metadata annotation. The slides demonstrate and explain the approach and provide further details. |
